My mission is to help women in their 30s, 40s and 50s build a strong, confident body through sustainable fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits — without extreme diets or unrealistic routines.

Because fitness should enhance your life, not take it over.

My own journey started as a footballer for Chelsea FC for 8 years, before becoming a Division 1 athlete in the USA, where training, structure and discipline were part of everyday life while I balanced being a full-time athlete alongside completing my BSc in Psychology.

But after multiple injuries and setbacks, I experienced something many women can relate to…

I lost my routine and purpose.
I lost my fitness and strength.
And I lost confidence in my body.

Without the guidance of coaches around me, I realised just how important structure, accountability and the right support system really are.

That experience is exactly what led me to create Hayls Fit.

Together with Coach Kim — our body composition and strength specialist — we are results-driven coaches who believe every woman deserves to feel fit, strong and happy in her body.

Together we combine our expertise in nutrition, strength training and lifestyle coaching to help women build lasting, sustainable results.

Coach Kim is our physique development and strength coach. In her 40s and a mum of two boys, Kim understands first-hand the realities of balancing work, family life and personal health. With over 10 years of experience navigating the demands of everyday life, she brings both expertise and real-life understanding to the women she coaches.

“My mission is to help women build strength, improve their fitness and feel confident in their bodies, so they never feel controlled by their weight.

After having my two boys via C-section, rebuilding my own strength and fitness wasn’t easy. Like many women, I had to rediscover my confidence, rebuild my body and learn how to prioritise my health again.

Through that journey, I developed a deep passion for helping other women realise that it’s never too late to feel strong, capable and confident in your body.

Today, I’m committed to helping women rebuild their strength, improve their fitness and create a lifestyle that supports both their health and their family life.”

We specialise in working exclusively with women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to feel strong, lean and confident in their bodies, while creating a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Most of the women we work with have tried multiple diets and fitness plans in the past, but have struggled to see lasting results.

They’re not just looking for another quick fix or temporary fat loss phase — they’re looking for the tools, knowledge and support to make this the last “diet” they ever need.

We work with women who want to finally understand:

Coach Hayls (CEO)

My journey into health and fitness began through my career in football, playing for Chelsea FC for over 8 years. I was fortunate enough to receive an athletic scholarship to live and play soccer in the United States, where I spent four years competing as a Division 1 athlete while studying for a BSc in Psychology and Human Development.

During this time, training, discipline and structure were a huge part of my everyday life.

However, my journey wasn’t without its challenges.

After experiencing six major knee injuries and living with Grade 4 knee arthritis, I was forced to rethink how I approached my health and fitness. These setbacks pushed me away from the high-volume cardio training I had always relied on, and instead led me to discover the incredible benefits of strength training and structured nutrition.

What initially felt like a setback actually became the moment that changed my career path.

Through rebuilding my body and adapting my training, I developed a deep passion for helping other women understand that fitness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective.

I also know first-hand what it feels like to lose everything and start again — muscle, fitness, confidence and even mental resilience. At one point, I found myself back at the beginning, learning how to rebuild my body from scratch.

But through years of experience, education and trial and error, I created a sustainable lifestyle approach to health and fitness that allows me to feel strong, confident and healthy while still enjoying complete food freedom.

Today, that experience is exactly what drives my mission — helping women build a lifestyle that supports their health, strength and confidence for the long term.
